Embrace the fall season by attending a cider pairing dinner at Terrain in Glen Mills on October 29 from 7–10 p.m.

Parsnip flan with cider broth, candy striped beets, cider caviar, parsnip chips and smoked olive oil

Lobster and butternut squash ravioli with cider lobster nage, sorrel velouté and Parmesan essence

Cider brined roasted quail with sage sausage stuffing, duck fat brussels sprouts, cider gooseberry mostarda and turnip frites
Fourth Course
Cider doughnuts with smoked maple ice cream and powdered sugar
