Love fall but hate the PSL (read: pumpkin spice latte) obsession? Hold on to endless summer with this fall berry sipper available at the Garryowen Irish Pub in Gettysburg, Pa. Whiskey curator and mixologist Matt Eshbach crafted the cocktail that features local Jack’s Hard Cider, fresh fall raspberries and mint to help you ease into the season. Cocktail Recipe: Endless Summer
Ingredients:
- 6–8 fresh raspberries, muddled
- 5 mint leaves, extra for garnish
- 4–5 drops vanilla extract
- 1 can Jack’s Helen’s Blend Hard Cider
Method:
- Muddle raspberries and mint
- Fill glass with ice
- Fill glass to brim with Jack’s Helen’s Blend Hard Cider
- Add 4–5 drops vanilla extract
- Stir
- Garnish with a mint sprig
- Enjoy!
