Like any good cider-lover, we wanted to infuse as much apple goodness into this recipe as possible. This cider-spiked salsa verde is tart, bright, totally addictive, and the apple adds a touch of sweetness to round it out. And, it’s so easy to prepare and makes a large amount for a party or to freeze in batches. You’ll want to spoon it over tacos, pour over nachos or eat with tortilla chips. After whipping this up and tasting it, we hope you’ll react the same way we did: “Whoa, that’s GOOD.”
